Steffens eighth in $10,000 Mods Gone Wild program in Pevely
Refusing to rest, Kyle Steffens made his return to DIRTcar UMP Modified competition during the recent weekend, joining the best of the best in I-55's Mods Gone Wild program on Friday and Saturday, September 5-6. The St. Charles, Missouri, native finished eighth from seventh in the 50-lap, $10,000-to-win headliner, earning his way in via Friday night heat race podium, racing on to charge from 13th to fifth in the Qualifying Feature. For Steffens, the UMP Modified start was rare for 2025, as his recent focus has been placed on USAC Silver Crown competition.
